Graham Announces Promotions, Organizational Changes
February 9, 2016
Graham Architectural Products announces a number of personnel developments and an organizational change. Jeff Cooper has been promoted to the position of vice president – information technology for Graham Capital. In 2015, after serving Graham Engineering for over 13 years, Cooper transferred to Graham Capital as director of information technology. This new promotion recognizes his leadership, dedication and effectiveness in heading up the Graham Group companies’ IT resources. Graham Capital shares its IT resources with its sister company, Graham Architectural Products.
Dave Keller, cost accounting manager, has assumed an expanded role in monitoring costs and supporting project execution details. Specifically, he will monitor the engineering release, cost comparison and procurement processes to assure project material costs are being evaluated against the estimate and communicated to procurement in a manner that preserves Graham’s profit opportunity on all projects.
Meanwhile, the company has increased and realigned its front line resources in the project management department to improve customer service.
As marketing and project submittals manager, Bruce Croak will oversee a new group that will develop and implement a systematic submittals process designed to resolve project issues early in the process, allowing projects to move more efficiently through Graham’s system. The new group will handle all submittals needed to support Graham’s projects. Croak brings a wealth of technical and practical experience to this new area of responsibility.
To become more proactive on projects and with customers, Graham has added two new project managers, Ben Pettit and Sarah Garabedian. Both previously worked as assistant project managers.
And to help fill the need for assistant project managers, Kayla Glatfelter moved from marketing coordinator to assistant project manager in the New York Region.
