GAP Announces Director of Finance for New Partnership

Ariel Peralta has joined Graham Architectural Products (GAP) as director of finance for the company’s new partnership with Continental Glass Systems, LLC, Hialeah, Florida.

In this position, Peralta will lead, direct and implement the company’s strategic and tactical financial reporting and accounting activities for the new and growing window wall business. In addition, he will work closely with the GAP finance team to facilitate and optimally coordinate the financial activities between the two partnership entities.

Prior to joining GAP, Peralta served as vice president, finance, and controller with CGI Windows and Doors in Doral, Florida. Earlier in his career, he held financial leadership roles with Venali, Inc., DBK Concepts, Inc., and Sterling Healthcare. He received his BS in accounting from Pontifica Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic.

GAP recently announced the completion of an agreement to acquire a significant equity and operating partner position in the business of Continental Glass Systems. All Continental Glass Systems products meet Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) approvals, which means they are tested and approved for hurricane zone applications. The agreement has broadened the Graham manufacturing footprint in the southern United States, while adding a well-established hurricane impact portfolio to the company’s product mix.
