New Photos of Graham’s Window Wall Solution

Construction is nearing completion on the first phase of RXR Realty’s “26-28 Division Street” development in New Rochelle, New York. We’ve added some new photos to our gallery showing its recent progress.

The project had its groundbreaking in late 2019 with major construction beginning in 2020. The new addition to the city’s skyline features a façade constructed of Graham’s W4500 Window Wall solution. The slab-to-slab system includes a combination of fixed and awning windows, integrating seamlessly with Graham’s single and twin GT7700 Terrace Doors. As with all of our window wall projects, the system is highly customized to match the architectural design of the structure. This project called for unique splayed and T mullions and customized corner mullions.

26 S. Division St. comprises a 12,000 sq. ft. 28-floor expanse of mixed-use capacity. This includes residential, parking, retail, and workspace environments. The development has been lauded as a welcome boost for New Rochelle’s economy and is scheduled for completion this year.
